These are pics from the Mercer County Italian American Festival. The top photos are of The Len Enourato Orchestra. Notice the girl singer sitting on the right waiting her turn. That was common procedure back in the big band days.
Below is The Jimmy Vincent Orchestra (is three enough to form an orchestra?). Jimmy's a staple in Mercer County. He used to play the historic Marroe Inn before it was demolished to make way for a car dealer, and he's been around a long, long time along with his accordian player and drummer. The accordian player held down the bass and orchestration. Jimmy sings a bit like Jimmy Roselli.
